Delivery
The goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden.
The buyer can choose to receive the goods through Omniva, DPD, Smartpost, Unisend, Venipak terminals. Courier delivery is also possible by prior arrangement, including cash on delivery (COD) — payment upon receipt.
The shipping cost is paid by the buyer, and the relevant information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Within Estonia, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days from the date of entry into force of the contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes 2-4 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

The right to withdraw from the contract
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of refusal does not apply to legal entities.
To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the product cannot be used in any other way except to verify its properties, characteristics and functioning, just as it is allowed when testing the product in a regular store.
If the product has been used more than necessary for inspection, or has signs of wear, the Online store has the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the decrease in the cost of the product.
To return the product, you must submit a waiver application. The form is available via the link:

The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the returned product does not match the ordered one (for example, an incorrect or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide confirmation that the goods were delivered to the carrier within the specified period.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the Online Store immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the waiver application, returns to the buyer all payments received under the agreement.
The online store may withhold a refund until the product is received or until the buyer provides confirmation of its shipment, whichever comes first.
If the customer chooses a shipping method that is more expensive than the standard cheapest method offered by the Online store, the store is not obligated to refund the difference.
The online store has the right to cancel the transaction and demand the return of the product if the price of the product was mistakenly indicated significantly below its market value.

The right to make a claim
The online store is responsible for non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract or defects in the goods that existed at the time of the transfer of the goods and manifested themselves within two years after the transfer of the goods to the buyer.
During the first year, it is assumed that the deficiency existed already at the time of transfer. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to refute this presumption.
The buyer must report the defect no later than two months after its discovery by sending an email to info@digilema.com or by calling +372 5743 1807.
The online store is not responsible for any defects that occur after the delivery of the product to the buyer.
If an item purchased from an online store has defects that the store is responsible for, it will be repaired or replaced. If repair or replacement is not possible, all payments related to the contract will be refunded to the buyer.
The online store responds to consumer complaints in writing or in a form that allows for recording within 15 days.

Direct marketing and personal data processing
The online store uses the buyer’s personal data only for order processing and product delivery. The necessary data is transmitted to the courier or logistics company.
The online store sends news and offers to the buyer’s e-mail only if there is a voluntary consent (the buyer enters his e-mail on the website and confirms the desire to receive the newsletter).
The buyer can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by notifying the store by e-mail or following the instructions in the letter.

Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints, they must be sent by e-mail: info@digilema.com or call +372 5743 1807.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute through negotiations, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The complaint review is free of charge for the buyer.
The buyer can also apply to the EU Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR).
