14-Day Return Policy
* You have the right to return items purchased from our online store within 14 days of receipt and
receive a full refund.
* Products made according to the buyer’s personal specifications or special requirements cannot
be returned.
* The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.
* To return a product, send an email to customer service with the product details, order number,
and account information. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt by Gelardo OÜ.

* The right of return applies only to private individuals.

Submitting a Claim
* Private individuals may submit a claim within 24 months from the date of delivery; for legal
entities, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
* During this period, you are entitled to free repair or replacement if the defect is due to the
manufacturer.
* Proof of purchase is required.
* Claims do not cover damages caused by: ignoring the user manual, maintenance issues, normal
wear and tear, software defects, unauthorized repairs, external factors (lightning, voltage fluctuations, moisture, liquid, mechanical damage, etc.), or damages caused by the customer.
* If necessary, an authorized representative of the manufacturer will conduct an inspection. If the
defect is not covered by the warranty, repairs are chargeable, and a fee may apply for the
inspection (first 6 months free for private clients).
* If the customer disagrees with the seller’s decision, they must prove that the product does not
conform to the contract.
* All rights provided by Estonian law are guaranteed to the buyer.
Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. Claims for damages caused during courier
delivery can be submitted within 14 days.
Product Warranty
Products sold by Gelardo OÜ (digilema.com) are covered by a 2-year claim period in accordance
with § 218 (2) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS). The period begins from the date of
receipt of the goods.
Customer Rights:
* Free repair of a defective product if the defect is due to the manufacturer and proof of purchase
is provided.
* If repair is not possible, you are entitled to a replacement or to cancel the purchase.
* Shipping is organized by the seller if the defect falls under their responsibility (§ 222 (4) VÕS).
Warranty does not apply if:
* The purchase document or serial number has been altered or is missing.
* The product has been modified or repaired by an unauthorized person.
* The defect is caused by improper use, installation, maintenance, or storage.
* Damage is caused by external factors (lightning, power surges, fire, water, limescale, etc.).
* The product is damaged during transport or, in the case of built-in products, due to lack of
ventilation.
